Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order for most items. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products from our lineup cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • FOIL KITS (once opened)
  • All FOIL components (wings, masts, fuselages)
  • Custom orders from GRAHAM SMITH SURFBOARDS
  • Any products with removed safety tags or altered serial numbers

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label we provide (for US customers) or follow our international return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

  • Free for defective/wrong items (we’ll email a prepaid label)
  • Customer responsibility for change-of-mind returns

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
